I use this Nespresso Vertuo Lattissima every single day and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. It’s incredibly easy to use and makes great coffee without much effort. I mostly use it to make iced coffees at home. My usual routine is using Starbucks Nespresso pods, Fairlife 2% milk, a little Starbucks zero sugar caramel macchiato creamer, and caramel drizzle. The machine brews the coffee quickly and consistently, and the milk system makes it really convenient when I want something a little more like a latte. The coffee tastes smooth and strong without being bitter, and it honestly feels like something I’d order at a coffee shop. Cleanup is also pretty simple and the machine looks really nice on the counter. If you like making coffee drinks at home and want something quick and reliable, this machine is definitely worth it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall I'm really happy with this machine. I've had it for over a month and no issues with it working, frothing milk, and just making great lattes time after time. I even make 3 in a row for the family and it handles the use well. I like the variety of pods, and the greater volume of coffee in my cup. Make sure to use a large cup the first time. I use the Stanley 12 ounce camp cups and it fills it up perfectly. Quality of coffee is on par with coffee shops in my opinion and absolutely delicious. I had an older version, the original line with attached milk frother that always felt like too little coffee. As someone who switched to Nespresso 5 years ago, I was used to Starbucks lattes and regular coffee, so it was never enough with just one cappuccino. I'd be having two a day to get the mouthfeel and volume I wanted. With the vertuo I get a large latte with the double espresso and coffee pods. I really like the half caff pods because that's the one thing about this machine, there's a lot of caffeine in each pod so watch out for that. In terms of design, it's well done, looks very fancy on my countertop. I like how easy it is to use and clean, you just need to empty out the pods and water that gets in the pod container. I empty the used pods and water there every day and clean the bit of coffee that drips in the stand for the cups. The only design flaws I worry about is: - when you add the pods and press down and turn the top, it feels like you are applying a lot of pressure which makes me think it might break at some point -the milk container floats when attached. It's a bit wobbly, so far absolutely no issues, but I think I'd design the container to touch the countertop for stability. With Nespresso in the news about the leaking machines I would have worried about this purchase but since I had one that worked for over 5 years, I figured I'd take the chance and so far I'm really glad I did. There's nothing like coffee shop lattes every morning at home. :)

First I would like to, say this machine makes a good cup of coffee but the work you have to do Everyday, I don't if it's worth it. The milk Frother was designed in a way where you thumb will wind up on the release button, I have learned not to keep any milk in it and refrigerate. The designer needs to live with it and learn from his or her mistake and change the design. The brother needs constant cleaning, yes its easy to just let it clean itself with the steam, but at the end of the day you have to take the whole brother apart, clean the unit itself with all the slats and holes that milk gets into it and dries up, then you have the pickup tube, I use a pipe cleaner, then the rotating nozzle must be cleaned and what's inside of it...you get the idea any now..it SUX. The machine is also noisy and it's getting noisier, not easy brewing a cup when my wife is sleeping and it's a large house. The machine is supposed to descale once every six months it's mentioned in the manual or someplace, I have to descale it after 2 weeks of use. My return period has expired but I do have th extended warranty, thank goodness I purchased it because I don't think this unit will last a year. So all in all, there is no way I would purchase this unit again, it's just too much work in maintaining and the terrible design issues. Find yourself something simple to use and pass on this unit. Update...9/24/2024 The unit has a design flaw..The tube that is located in the used pod area..when you pull the container out...you will see it, it has a white tip..once in a while you will find the unit sitting in water. it has damaged my cabinetry and it is now sitting in a plastic sheet tray about 2" high. The second unit which was replaced by Nespresso which worked for about 3months has now also failed. the first one also lasted about 3months. Notified Nespresso and they are very cool and are sending me another unit. Im pretty sure it will fail within a couple of months also unless it's just a bad batch or De'Longh1 just doesn't know about the problem or design flaw in the unit. One way you can tell, when you MT the used pod coinage and if you find its full of water, than you have a defective unit and it will drain onto the counter or whatever it sitting on. I should have taken a photo, but was in a video chat with Nespresso and it started draining and they saw it and recorded it...maybe they will notify De'Longhi. Will keep updating the post till problem is solved and will post photos the next time it fails. 5/2/2025 Newest and the 3rd unit that Nespresso sent me lasted about 6months and it started leaking again and I found it sitting a in pool off water. Called Nespresso and they've had enough of this machine and replacing it, so they have refunded me the full amount, excellent customer support at Nespresso. I also had an extended warranty from Asurion and they also refunded me the purchase price of the policy. I will be purchasing another Nespresso unit but not a De'Longhi brand. Thanx for reading this review.

My sister told me about this machine and gushed over its qualities. I admit I was skeptical, but I was also ready to try something new as I was tired of spilling coffee grounds all over my kitchen counter as I transferred them to my coffee maker, and the whole rigmarole of making a cappuccino at home was wearing on me too. I was also ready to be disappointed as I am much pickier than my sister, particularly when it comes to crema on espresso and the quality of the foam for steamed milk. Well, I have to say, I was blown away! You can tell I'm 65 right? Does anyone say "blown away" anymore? Well, I was. As you can see in the photo, the crema is perfect, and so is the steamed milk (even though I use full-fat milk rather than the part skim as recommended by the manufacturer). Be warned, there is a bewildering array of coffee's available for this machine and they all have fancy Italian-sounding names that you may find hard to remember. However, be bold and try the lot. I have yet to have a bad cup, though I have to say my favorites so far are "Stormio" for a regular cup of coffee that can stand up to steamed milk, and "Altissio" for smooth flavorful espresso to be consumed as is. Yum! Although the quality of the coffee and foamed milk is this machine's most important features, I should also say that De'Longhi has managed to manufacture a foolproof experience! Honestly, there is nothing that can be done to improve this product. The only concerning thing about this machine was its delivery. It was on my front porch when I came home with the box open and a couple of parts spilled out. The machine had been mailed in the store box, rather than being placed inside a protective outer box. Not a good idea. Fortunately, all the parts were there and the internal package was good enough that the machine did not get damaged. I was amazed again. Still, it is an expensive machine and should have been packed inside a mailing box for extra protection. Just saying.

My Nescafe Dulce Gusto machine died during the storms caused by Hurricane Beryl's landfall. I'd been unable to get the pods that I preferred, "Grande Mild", for over a year, so I decided to try the Nespresso. I like that this machine reads the pods and automatically uses a certain amount of water and milk based on the pod info. The less I have to do to make coffee in the morning, the better. I also really like the milk frother on this, and I can push a single button and either get a latte, a cappuccino, or a milk topping. If you are diabetic, you will be glad to know that the milk frother can handle unsweetened coconut milk just fine! One morning, two weeks after buying this coffee brewer, it simply refused to work. I called customer support and we tried a few things to get it working again, but ultimately had to replace it. They cross-shipped the new one to me in a few days, literally before I had shipped off the old one!
