What Motherboard form factors does this case support? There are different supported lists at different places on the page.

It advertises that it will fit up to a E-ATX motherboard. I currently have a ATX motherboard inside of my Montech Air 903 base. Also as a side note you can fit a 280 AIO top mount with ATX motherboard in this case

My 4 case fans aren’t spinning and everything is plugged in any help?

Make sure the SATA power is plugged in from the power supply into the fan hub.

does it come with the fans?

Yes both versions come with fans. The AIR 903 Base version comes with three non-rgb fans and AIR 903 Max version comes with three ARGB fans and one non-rgb fan.
