Q: how much sweeter is this sugar compared to sucrose , is there a sweetness scale ?

Trimoline is an Inverted Sugar that has been made from Sucrose by splitting the sucrose into glucose and fructose and then re-combining these component sugars. Invert sugar has a higher sweetness than ordinary sucrose. There is no sweetness scale as it cannot be gaged over all the different products unlike a Scoville Scale that is only ever associated with Chilli Peppers so is measureable. Hope this helps :-)...
