I mainly use maca, as a male, to boost my libido, and I found this black maca to be less effective than their regular maca product. However, I noticed much of the literature online touts black maca’s ability to increase sperm counts, so it may be effective in that regard. (I never measured that due to my sexual orientation) I don’t doubt Toniiq’s quality as I use many of their products regularly. I guess different bodies prefer different strains of the Maca plant.
