NOT a Diamond Brand grinder.
They advertise this as a Diamond Brand grinder but that WAS NOT what they sent me. I ordered a 2.5in Teal Diamond brand grander and they sent me some super cheap off brand that was smaller then what I ordered and a different color.I will be returning this absolute trash.

over time the coating wears off, so that will be in whatever you grind, then later ingested
The material of this grinder is Hard-Anodized Aluminum, Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. The anodic oxide structure originates from the aluminum substrate and is composed entirely of aluminum oxide. Now i wont go into all the details but aluminum oxide should not be inhaled or ingested. Seen in the picture inside the cap (on the top), the coating is wearing off after maybe a week a use, therefor that coating is in what I grinded. I cant seem to find a grinder that doesn't have some type of coating/paint on the inside, so I just wont use one.

The only grinder you should have. This was a gift for my brother since his sucks and I hated using it when I visited him. I've had mine for 10 years now.

Stuck together frequently.
This thing sticks. This sticks so bad that if I wasn't an adult man with a set of rubber gloves, it never would've opened again. Yes I've cleaned it. Yes I've operated this type of device before. This one. It sticks.

Better than ever.
I have been a user of diamond grinders for years. Cant find a better product. The price is lower now than they used to be. The only real difference is that the fit is nicer but the top lid is thinner. The rest is all solid construction. And how come with a guitar pick shaped scraper rather than the old triangle shaped scraper.Top notch product.

Good quality grinder.
I've had the diamond grind before and love it. The separate chambers filter your herb very easily and keep it secure.
