I recently purchased the Silicone Pastry Mat and I am very impressed with its quality and functionality. This is great. I got the biggest one. And, its HUGE. Its a tad awkward to wash but other than that it comes with a very handy re usable "cable tie" type thing. Wash it, roll it up fit the tie wrap/ cable tie and chuck it in the drawer. Protects my work surface when I'm shaping my pizza balls and loading them up with all the toppings. I recommend this product.

So I've been using this for a few weeks and it's done a whole lot better than I thought, especially when it comes to cutting dough. Nothing has even dented it or removed any of the white size guides etc off, I was worried my metal scraper or my biscuit cutter would end up slicing into it, but there's not a mark on it. It's really easy to clean with just a damp cloth, it doesn't slide easily off the counter, although I do have to fight it a bit with certain dough but it's no big deal, I do sprinkle flour to stop dough sticking as I wasn't sure how well it would do by itself but it's not too bad. Only issue is of the pasta dough is thin and I try to lift it then it clings to the mat a bit, but it's really not that bad. I'd definitely recommend this product, it's easy to store and clean, and it protects the counters from damage and culinary creations from sticking to it. Worth the money.

Really useful mat, especially if you make a mess when baking. Easy to store rolled up and a simple wipe down to clean. However, dont dry with a tea towel as the fluff sticks!

Brilliant addition to my baking tools . Fits my counter top perfectly and is easy to keep clean. So far, only used it as an easy to clean worktop, the edge is raised all round so fluids don't drip down the edges but can't wait to use it to make pizza or bread dough! Just the fact that it makes baking cleaner, especially the final clear up, makes this a must have imo.

It's nicely done, nothing sticks to it, super easy to use and to clean and it gives a lot of space to work on. The colour is even nicer than in the pictures. Really worth buying, great purchase!

It’s a bad quality silicone, size isn’t accurate “not worth the money” However, it does the job “tried on pastries and doughs”
