Will this work for basketball players? Like say spraying on the bottom of my shoes for a slippery tile gym floor that I play on at the church?

When I play basketball wood floor is very slippery,can I use it on my shoes?is it going to leave marks on the floor?

Would this work on the feet to prevent slips during Tarkwondo sparring matches as the mats can be slippery?

Has anyone used this on the soles of heels?
