Size:36-43 mfd/uF: 37mm Ø x70mm L Suitable for use as electric motor start capacitor If you look on capacitor case the uF value and voltage will be written, if voltage is 400/500v then a run capacitor will be required 200/275v then this start capacitor is correct option. You will need to match the uF. 20-25uF - 37mm x 70mm 25-30uF - 37mm x 70mm 30-36uF - 37mm x 70mm 36-43uF - 37mm x 70mm 43-52uF - 37mm x 70mm 45-55uF - 37mm x 70mm 47-56uF - 37mm x 70mm 53-64uF - 37mm x 70mm 64-77uF - 37mm x 70mm 72-86uF - 37mm x 70mm 88-108uF - 37mm x 70mm 90-110uF - 37mm x 70mm 108-130uF - 37mm x 70mm 124-149uF - 37mm x 70mm 130-156uF - 37mm x 70mm 135-165uF - 46mm x 86mm 145-174uF - 46mm x 86mm 161-193uF - 46mm x 86mm 180-220uF - 46mm x 86mm 189-227uF - 46mm x 86mm 216-259uF - 46mm x 86mm 225-275uF - 46mm x 86mm 233-280uF - 46mm x 86mm 243-292uF - 46mm x 86mm 270-324uF - 46mm x 86mm 270-330uF - 46mm x 86mm 324-380uF - 46mm x 111mm 340-408uF - 46mm x 111mm 360-440uF - 46mm x 111mm 378-457uF - 46mm x 111mm 400-408uF - 46mm x 111mm 430-516uF - 46mm x 111mm 450-560uF - 46mm x 111mm 460-552uF - 46mm x 111mm 540-643uF - 46mm x 111mm 540-660uF - 46mm x 111mm 630-770uF - 52mm x 111mm 645-774uF - 52mm x 111mm 708-850uF - 65mm x 111mm

I have a 13kW heat pump powered by a 4kW scroll compressor. The starting system contains a soft start relay which protects the compressor from inrush current and the rest of the house from voltage dips during compressor starts. This soft start relay locked out after 5 years service with a RED alarm. It had a START capacitor inside it which I diagnosed as being the faulty compnent (photo shows the capacitor taken out of the relay). I replaced it with this capacitor from HVACSTORE and the heat pump is back in service doing its great job in heating the domestic water, and the rest of the house in these cool scottish evening. A job done in a fraction of the cost of a service engineer call out.WARNING: the work described above has to be carried out by a qualified electrical engineer or a registered electrician. It could lead to an electric shock with seriuos injury or even death if tackeled by a non qualified person.
