Q: Is is this compatable with the echo dot? Can i only have one of these per dot comnected to the system. IE one dot per room that i want speakers in?

The dot only allows one Bluetooth connection at a time.

Q: Can the amp be bridged or run in mono if I only want to attach one of the two speakers?

you can attach one speaker to either the left or right output but this will not give true mono audio, its generally better to do this with the right output as it is usually louder on audio tracks.

Q: What are the power requirements and connections for the Bluetooth control? Looks like it comes with two cables, but assume those are for speakers.

You need a 12v supply upto 5amps, I’m running on 1.5 amps with no problems , depending how loud you want your speakers you can always go up to 5 amps if required
