This book is a good starting point if you are trying to get out of your timeshare. It will give you examples of letters and provides you with steps you can take without paying a company to get you out only to find out you've been scammed again. Research, patience,lots of complaints filed, and an unwillingness to give in are needed to.

This book takes the reader on a journey through the process of contesting timeshare contracts, contract cancellation, recovery of funds and protecting credit ratings if one wishes to remove from a timeshare company. The book reveals how the salespeople are trained and this will look familiar to those who have experienced a timeshare sales presentation. The letters included in the book are from actual timeshare owners who had their contracts cancelled and received refunds. The names are "changed to protect the innocent" and the made up names used for the letter writers and the timeshare companies are absolutely hilarious. Many of us have been to timeshare presentations disguised as "sales meetings" or "prize awards" supposedly lasting for 90 to 120 minutes which developed into 4-5 hour or more grueling marathons with high noise levels, high-pressure sales methods and overloads of information. Some customers of these companies are contented with their timeshare purchases which are usually warranty deeds and/or deeds of trust or their equivalent perpetually locking them and their descendants into maintenance and membership fees generationally until the contract is cancelled or nullified. If so, this book is not for them, but is for those who are dissatisfied with timeshare sales tactics they may have encountered and seek an empowering and lawful path of exoneration. This book has everything you need to cancel your own timeshare. He has descriptions of different situations that a person could get in to. I never thought I could do something like this, but he encouraged me and I feel stronger and more empowered than I ever have before. I tried different exit companies and they are a scam as well. I found the book enlightening while trying to figure out how best to get rid of my timeshare. There are links to some videos that you have to pay to see for further ideas, but the ideas presented do give hope that I don’t need to pay thousands to get rid of my timeshare.
