After having to return a previous chair that was flimsy yet cost more than this one, I was a bit worried about how it would turn out, but this chair is great. Feels very sturdy and is more comfortable than you would think from looking at the padding. In person I thought it look like it had less lumbar support and was a bit worried but so far it’s been good. The previous chair which was to flimsy for me (6‘1“ 225 pounds) but this one feels very sturdy. If there’s any cons it would be that the wheels don’t seem to roll well on the slick hardwood. Luckily for me I actually wanted one that didn’t roll much because my old chair rolled a lot long was working and would put strain on my back.

I’m giving it 2 stars because it “looks” nice but the quality is not worth the price. It feels cheap and most importantly, the wheels do not roll smoothly. I tried contacting the company through email, as I’m not able to speak due to a recent tonsillectomy, and never received a reply. My entire house has wood flooring, the chair should roll without so much effort.

Very nice looking chair, really easy to assemble, buttttt was looking for a chair that didn't kill my back!!! I have really bad lower back pain when sitting at a desk and this chair is comfortable but not much support. I feel like it would be better for a bigger/taller person (I'm 5'4 pretty petite) & provide them more support. I put a lumbar support pillow on it, and that helps.

This is a very nice looking and overall well built chair, but the wheels are terrible and don't roll on our hardwood floors. The back is shorter than I expected because I saw a question answer that stated it went up to the head of a 6 foot tall person which is not the case. See included pictures of myself (5'1") and my husband (6'1") sitting in the chair. The back reaches the top of my shoulders and is well below for my husband. It does seem like the measurements match the illustration in the listing photos, but I didn't check them before purchasing. Also my feet can't rest flat on the floor when I'm sitting all the way back in the chair on the lowest setting, so shorter people might want to consider that. Assembly was very straightforward and took me about 15 minutes by myself. All in all I do like this chair even with the need to replace the casters and will be keeping it.

After about 40 days of using the chair, one of the wheels just snapped off at the welds while I was sitting in it. I'm not some huge person, either. There's no good way to fix it unless you've got welding tools. It's a great looking chair, but that's an incredibly flimsy defect. Definitely steer clear of this chair.

It came with rust on the arms but I figured returning it would be difficult so I decided to deal with it. After light use for two days the arms started to become loose. This is unacceptable, but again I just decided to deal with it. Now after having used it for almost two months, the back piece of the chair is coming apart (this was already assembled on delivery). On top of that, I can't sit in it for more than 30 minutes without back pain. I am a young man and haven't had this issue with any other chairs. This chair may look good, but it is not worth the money.

Less than a year later, the chair’s hydraulic lift doesn’t keep steady. It gradually lowers itself and within minutes, I need to stand up and pull the lever to raise the height. Not worth the money- it lasts thru the return period then dies and you’re left with junk, and out $90.

The chair looks nice, is reasonably comfortable and easy to assemble.Like many other reviews, I found the wheels to be of very poor quality. The wheels are caster type, but do not swivel when the chair is moved, causing several of the wheels to just drag on the hardwood floors in my office.
