Large Easy Carry Cake Server - Color May Vary

I have looked for a cake keeper for years that I could store and refrigerate a cake on a 10” plate. First, my pans are 9”, which prevents me from using smaller plate. I have 2 cake keepers, but 9” plus decorated sides prevent using them when I really need it... Mother’s Day I made a nicely decorated lemon cake for my 93 yr mother-in-law.......not wanting to mess up the frosting, I dug around looking for something I could use to cover and refrigerate it. I ended up using my 9 qt soup pot upside down.. a bit tricky getting in and out of fridge, plus not air tight... I went looking for a better keeper. Having tried more expensive ones and returning them, I decided to look at the cheaper side of the choices. This was it! Let me tell you, it isn’t perfect! But it is the closest I’ve come for very little money. My cake was a homemade 2 layer with split layers ( totaling 4 layers with hearty amount of filling in each layer. I would say my frosting added another inch to the cake, a slice laying down on a Corning saucer, all 4 corners of the slice were edge to edge... this keeper was perfect. I was able to clip it and easily store in fridge without fearing the worst (it all slip sliding and crashing to the floor). I would definitely recommend this keeper to cake bakers..... don’t know if it will last a lifetime, but I’m 67..... so I’m pretty sure this won’t need replacing in the rest of my lifetime!

I bought this item because it was the least expensive and I don't need bells and whistles for a cake carrier. It's well made. Glad I bought it.

Wonderful container! Easy to seal and actually a little hard to remove the lid, which is better than it falling off all the time. It fit my 2 layer round cake perfectly.

I should have spent the extra money, and bought the slightly more expensive cake carrier. First of all, the other reviewers were right - the label is nearly impossible to remove. I soaked it, took a utility knife to it, and had to use lighter fluid in order to fully remove it. Second, the lid wasn't tall enough, and completely smushed the top of the cake, so that all of my decorating work was destroyed. The cake I made was a simple, two-layer cake; nothing fancy, and not very tall. It *should* have fit. Now, I have to give my dad a birthday cake that looks like it was dropped on the floor! Lame.

Its large enough to cover my pies as well as cakes. Just what I needed!

Great item, marred by product sticker. Finally got the plastic-coated sticker from Hell off the lid, and am now left with a sticky film that no amount of scrubbing will remove. I'm trying nail polish remover next and hope it doesn't melt the lid. Hope the product holds up as well as the sticker, I haven't encountered anything like it!

Good for what it is. I had no issues with closures. Only issue is not being able to get label off. Would recommend if you don’t mind walking around with the glue on the cover. A bit pricey to have residue left on cover. Otherwise would recommend!
