Given the modest price these are surprisingly good and the varifocal lenses really work well.

I have worn prescription varifocal lense glasses for decades. Now two cataract ops. have changed me from a severely short-sighted person to one who only needs glasses to read the small print and to have the clearest vision on my computer. I have Pound Shop reading glasses scattered all over my house. The problem with them is that if I forget to take them off the moment I raise my eyes from the page, my distance vision is so blurry and strange, I am at risk of falling over! I was hoping these off the peg glasses, so reasonably priced, might bridge the gap between prescription and Pound Shop glasses. I can wear them to look at prices in the supermarket without having to hoik them on and off over and over. Given the price, I was not too hopeful, but I was happily surprised to find the frames super-light and comfortable.These glasses might serve as an introduction to varifocal / progressive lenses for anyone who hasn't tried them before. Not everyone can get used to wearing this sort of lense.You have to choose the strength of magnification. Stronger is not always better. If all this is new to you, I suggest you visit a shop that sells off the peg reading glasses and try some on in different strengths, or even buy a few @ £1+ to try out at home. OKH offer Free Delivery, but sadly not Free Returns. However, IF you can't get on with them, as they are not prescription lenses you can always give your pair to a friend or relative, or even to a Charity Shop.

They definitely work well as reading glasses, sure, but the part of the lens that works for reading is quite small and I found myself moving my head into all kinds of angles just to see what I was reading. They feel well built and don't look cheap, and the blue light blocking is very useful. If you're not used to varifocals, though, you might find these hard to use because of their reading window being quite small (and the magnification factor being quite large means that the transition between reading and middle range vision isn't a comfortable one. If you're already a multifocal user, these are a great and affordable but well made back-up pair of readers which you will surely find useful as a backup.

The zones did not match the description at all and were of no use whatsoever. My advice is go to an optician if you wanted clever lenses.

Reading glasses are a must for me so I was happy to find these. They are light weight and very comfortable on my face. I really like the design because of its nod to classic chic vibes. The lenses work just as they should for the amount of zoom I need. For the money, it's a great price.

Las gafas están bastante bien una vez que te acostumbras a la transición de zonas y el precio. Además, me regalaron otras gafas de lectura metálicas bastante aparentes, la toallita de limpieza y una mini linterna de luz azul para ver el grado de limpieza de los cristales. Por este precio, genial.
