I have three different HUBS and TCP/IP direct connects (like D-Link) and these TWB Smart bulbs are faster responding then all the others and respond to color commands better then HUE. Of course that is my observation and probably not shared by the named components. Not sure if these bulbs are local TCP/IP or using account relay but they are so good I purchased four more and retiring a few GE and Cree bulbs to give Wink a lighter load and prepare for new Alexa Echo Hub at EOM.Your results may vary as one aspect is my wireless router is D-Link spider looking 6 antenna so these bulbs work great!. Smart hub aggregator on DNS or router TCP/IP smart devices both are a great option.

These were very easy to set up and they work great, both through the Smart Life app and through Alexa. I'm very happy with them considering how inexpensive they were compared to the Hue bulbs I have elsewhere. The color range available through the app covers pretty much every variant/shade you could want and there is also the ability to change the white to a warm or a bright white.They aren't the brightest bulbs around -- they appear a true 40 watt equivalent -- but I have three of them in a mid-century pole lamp so the combined brightness of all three of them is bright enough for where I have them in the living room.Last night we used the blue setting while we were watching football** and it was very soothing. Hard to tell the color of the blue from the photo in the lights themselves, but you can get an idea from the room as a whole.**as and aside, I realized later that maybe the blue helped my fantasy football rooting for the Ravens Defense. Wish I would have turned it on during the first half!! :D That said, given the range of colors available, you could probably find something for ALL your teams!

Setup was uneventful. Followed instructions and I did not have any issues. The kids loved changing the colors with Alexa. I read the reviews on the lack of brightness, but I just wanted to use this to light up the bedroom at night so I did not trip over furniture. It serves that purpose, but I agree, I would not switch out all of my bulbs with these as they are not bright.

I like how easy these were to set up with Alexa. We have sconces that have individual switches instead of a wall switch, so we wanted bulbs so we could turn them all on through Alexa instead. These were easy to set up- it took only a couple minutes. My daughters love that they change colors. The only downside is they are a little dim for out living room despite having four of them. I knew that was a risk I was taking by buying 50 watt bulbs, but I was hoping having four would still provide enough light. We definitely need an additional lamp or two to fully light the room.

Easy setup but difficult to use after that. Won’t stay connected to WiFi if the light is off for 30 minutes, even with continuous power to the lamp. Will turn on and off in the native app but Alexa sometimes say bulbs are offline. Other than that, they were decent bulbs, good colors. Not a fan of the bright white and no soft white option unless you really play with it, and then Alexa won’t let you use the saved scene for that color setting. I exchanged them for a pack of Sengled color bulbs instead.

It was everything as advertised. Received it quickly, easy to install and great product. Works great with Alexa and the kids like to make it change colors. For some of you that were concerned about the brightness, we have the bulbs in areas of the house that we need light, for example the entry area and a table light in the bedroom. The bulb is plenty bright for those areas and we can turn it on via timers, Alexa or the app when we are away. Great product.

I love these lights! The setup was easy. They work great with amazon echo. We have one in our living room that we like having set to blue and dimmed for tv watching. We have one in our bedroom. I can get ready for bed, crawl into bed with the light on, and tell Alexa to turn it off. Love it.

Light just keep going on and off until account is made and pair I will not recommend this if you already have other lights Alexa won’t find it, and the installation process is not friendly user I needed to try multiple times before connect to app . And never got it working Whit Alexa.
