GripIt Starter Kit

The best drywall anchor I have ever used. The kit comes with drill bits which was super helpful. It does make a big hole but anchor is removable, very easy to install, and holds weight well. Worth the money and will buy again in the future

These puppies are very strong and hold up extremely well! The downside of using them is the fact that the drilling has to be pretty substantial compared to conventional anchors which means patching jobs require more time and effort to restore.All in all, if you don't mind the potential large hole left when you decide whatever you anchored should no longer be there, I highly recommend those!

The instructions were clear to understand. Drill bits came with the 'kit'. It's in a plastic box so all anchors stay put in their size spot, along with the drill bits. They worked VERY well in our drywall and also thin walls (not sure what they are made of) in our manufactured home.

Wow this product was a life saver. Had to mount hang rail for “barn wood door” & no studs anywhere near the last 2 mounting bolts. The large size”blue” wall anchors went into drywall perfectly & is supporting the door perfectly. Never found any other anchors with this weight capacity. Thanks for your product.

This is a nice product and it worked well. Unfortunately, for me, it did not suit my needs. I am installing the hangers in a commercial building and the sheet rock is 5/8 thick. These will only work in half inch thick sheet rock. I am keeping the product because I may have need of them in the future for half-inch applications.

Good product they work and are strong. Only comment would be they leave a larger footprint than other anchors.

Wish I would have known about these long ago! Great design, easy to use and very strong! I will be using these for any project which requires a strong hold on drywall

These work as advertised (better than I expected). They have become my go-to anchor for anything heavier than a standard picture.

If you are like me and live in a modern home that has dot and dabbed plaster boarded walls on the ground floor and studded walls on the first floor and are scared of trying to hang anything on the wall, well let me assure you with this kit of different sizes of fixings you can't go wrong and they work perfectly. No filling up over sized holes because the plasterboard has crumbled whilst trying to fix anything to it. The kit has 4 different sizes of plasterboard fixings from hanging mirrors to the wall to big fixings that able to hold your big 60" flat screen tv wall bracket. The kit comes with everything from drill bit to screws, so no need to buy anything else to go with this kit apart from a tool that removes any plasterboard adhesive, from around a hole that you drilled in not knowing it was there, this tool is only an extra few pounds which is well worth it.

These grip its are fantastic. If you have stud walls in your house then get these. Once you drill the hole then put these in the hole the wings on the back open up with a turn of a flat headed screwdriver and they grip the back of the plaster board. I have hung a very large mirror using the largest grip it.

Having lived in stud wall/plasterboard type homes my entire life I have gone through my fair share of plasterboard fixings over the years. I have tried pretty much most types on the market with varying levels of success.These fixings are the best I have used. If I'm honest I was initially concerned over the size of hole you need to drill in order to use these, but once I got past that thought then it was all plain sailing. Easy to use and provided you select the correct size for your project then you can get a really good firm hold with little effort. I never use any other fixing now. They are quite pricey normally imo but are not too bad when on offer.

After being so thoroughly impressed with my gripit tv mounting kit and singing gripits praises to anyone who would listen. I am rather disappointed in this set. Gone are the strong metal fixings with small screws which allow you to remove and reposition them and in with the cheap plastic with studs instead of screws that will pull half the wall down if you try to prize them back out. Stick to buying the single packs as they still appear to be the original metal fixings these plastic things work but God help you if you need to move one or like we did accidently damage the screw hole as you cannot remove them.

Now a days all new homes are made from plaster board walls so you think twice when putting up something heavy like a TV unit, TV or mirror on the wall.They're so simple to use, just need to drill a hole and push the GripIt in and using a screw driver, open the wings to secure it in placeI assure that these GripIt are strong and will hold just about anything. My Ikea TV unit alone weighs around 50KG plus its content and no sign of any damage. The TV mount is one of those which rotates and it is moved around on a daily basis and haven't had any issues and holds like it was put up yesterday. The Mirror is a large and weighs what feels like a ton.

Just moved to a new house with ‘dot and dab’ walls after living in a stone-walled house for 25 years. Goodbye ordinary Rawlplugs! I’ve found the red plugs most useful for shelves and heavy pictures. As long as you can get over drilling 18mm or 20mm holes in your plasterboard (bits supplied) the system works incredibly well. Just be sure that’s where you want the picture hanging! Measure twice drill once. They do seems to hold a fair weight and none of the 20 or so I’ve installed have loosened.

I have to say that I was a little terrified about installing a 42" quite old TV on plasterboard. Also the wall bracket had a small space for the screws and these bad boys were big.Finally I decided to use 2 reds and 2 yellows so I didn't end with 2 huge holes insted of 4. And the TV has been in the wall for 17 months now without issues.I am really impressed.

Great kit. You do need the cutter tool for insulated walls, but this has solved the TV hanging problem for us and now we have a reasonably heavy 42 inch TV held up on a moving arm fixed into a plasterboard wall with these fixings.

These are good but if you have 2 or 3 holes close together might be a problem as the holes you need to drill are quite large. This pack is well worth the money as you get everything you need

Ok if the plasterboard you are fitting it to is of standard size but if it's been plasted on top you need to drill or scrape out the top plaster to be able to get it to work. The turning mechanism is very weak and they break so easy. No wonder companys gone bust.

Bought these to hang a 55” tv. I was a bit sceptical about how good they would be and even when they turned up and I checked them I wasn’t sure they would be strong enough however they are extremely strong and my tv won’t be budging with these. Starter pack was probably overkill for my needs but sure I’ll put them to use for hanging stuff up in the garage

Excellent Product 👌Highly recommended; I've fitted a "Tilt & Swivel" TV bracket on the partition wall of our Bedroom using 4 of the blue Gripit's supplied in the kit.Very happy 😁

Surprised at how good these fixings are. Having struggled for years with cheap plasterboard fixings that make bigger and bigger holes, the gripit fixings do the job well and neatly, and I have ham-fisted thumbs!!! Only thing I'd suggest is make your holes using a high speed drill to avoid making too big a hole.

Excellent hold, even on heavy objects like TV but some of the screws used to twist the wings sometimes snap making it difficult to turn the wings and making it near on impossible to remove should you need to
