This is an extremely frugal purchase, compared to the other V-Tech phone batteries I researched. I found some online that sold for $11.99 EACH. Come on!! This was much less than that for "Three" of them. It fit perfectly (just be sure you get the right battery numbers-there are several different battery models) The only caveat I have, and it's a small one, is that the wires are twice as long as the original manufacturers batteries. As such, it makes more to tuck under the battery and makes the cover a bit harder to put on a couple of the phones. But, hey you only have to do it Once for a long time. Hopefully. I say, "Hopefully" because I don't have specs on how long these batteries will perform. If they do not perform as well as I believe they will, I will come back and do an update to inform you. I've done several updates to my reviews, when a product Outperforms or Underperforms what I originally thought it would. Right now, this is looking like a pretty decent buy and I strongly recommend. Was very happy with purchase. I have owned a 4 phone cordless hookup for 4 years and my 2 teenage boys would leave phones were ever they were and be off the base chargers days at a time and the batteries started to not hold a charge. I purchased these and so far so good. I have used them for 4 months and no issues. If I had these longer and they still had no issues I would have gave them 5 stars.

This purchase was "just what I was looking for". My 2 cordless phones died at the same time. I removed the batteries and dead batteries in hand, went to a local nationally known electronics store. In pursuit of the replacements. The original batteries provided the requirements 2.4 Volts 800 mAh, The "professional" associate chose a battery that was the same color (they looked smaller to me) & she insisted that they were the right ones & 4 pack was the best buy for close to $50, AND I'd have extra batteries on hand!It's winter, it's Friday & I didn't want to be phoneless all weekend. I bought them brought them home, opened the package only to discover that the voltage and mAh of these were less than than what was required. AND the plug o the batteries didn't fit the phones! It took less time and NO travel time to buy/receive the correct products from Amazon than to be sold, and then to return, the wrong merchandise from the Electronics experts.

Short DYI Public Service Announcement.Yes... this is a Battery Review...The Waterpik Sensonic Professional Toothbrush (SR-3000) is amazing. My teeth never felt cleaner. Problem is, it has a non-replaceable battery, which I think is crazy for a $50-$60 toothbrush. The battery died after 2 years. (it has replaceable tooth brush heads)I managed to replace it with this rechargeable battery. The battery size and rating is the same as my home wirless phone.I got 3 for $8 delivered from Amazon.Took about 10 min — for a solder connection.Used the other 2 to replace my portable phone batteries...

A bargain price for replacement batteries. My local Radio Shack wanted more for just 1 battery than I paid for all 3. So far, they have maintained their charge pretty well. I would buy again.

Used these before to replace my VTech batteries. There is a way to do it without cutting off the connector and splicing the old connector in place. Besides, not enough room in the case to accept the splice.Lift the locking clips on the Berg connector and pull out the Berg pins. You can do the same on the old connectors and replace the new pins into the old berg connector or leave the removed pins at they are and connect them to the phone battery pins as is remembering the polarity. Black: negative and Red: Positive.

horrible batteries. soon as i put in the phone it started getting hot. burned my hand from removing. I thought it was going to explode! cheaply made batteries. One worked ok, the other two were defective. It seems the quality control on them are very poor. Buyer beware. These can be a fire hazzard. I'm warning you now. I am a real Amazon customer.June 1, 2014 update: I did some research on these batteries. I think the connectors were reveresed when attaching the connector to the +&- terminals when assembed at the factory. One worked fine and the other two got hot. You can correct this by splicing the wires and connect them to the correct polarity. wrap the exposed wire with electric tape. YOu can also do this to replace batteries with different types of connectors of your phone.Overall still not happy with defects on these cheap batteries. Quality control is terrible. These bateries should at least be tested to see if they are good.

I ordered these batteries for an AT&T EL52300 phone. I was hoping I purchased the right battery for it & turns out that I did. So far so good. Hopefully they will last longer than the original ones that came with the phone. I had 3 original batteries for phones that I bought about a year & a half ago. One lasted about a year, the second about a year & a half & the third is still working. Keep in mind I only used two of the three phones, so that's why the third battery is lasting so long. But hopefully these will last a long time. The price is right.
