Get SERIOUS with your Sinuses! The Grossan Hydro Pulse Sinus System is the first pulsating system specifically for nasal & sinus irrigation. Not just a cleanse or rinse, the pulsating action is clinically proven to make your sinus cilia - the body's first line of defense against contagions, pollen, and foreign matter - work better. Invented by MD specialist Murray Grossan, this is the serious but pleasant way to good sinus health in a medically recognized (covered in dozens of medical journal articles) but drug-free way. Featured in Time™ Magazine's Best Inventions Report. Elevated pollen got you down? The Hydro Pulse® restores sinus cilia to good health so they can rapidly eliminate pollen from the body - without expensive drugs & their side effects. This is a pleasant treatment done at home, designed to be super-gentle, especially when used with our Breathe-ease® solution. Over a quarter of a million users, as young as six years old. Pots, bulbs, other methods might "clean" your nose, sort of - but they're messy, difficult to use, and do not pulsate. Pulsatile irrigation is DIFFERENT; it actually restores your own body's health maintenance system, the sinus cilia. The Hydro Pulse is also convenient - never messy - always gentle and pleasant. The unit does all the work for you, our convenient thumb switch makes it easy. BONUS: Fresher Breath. The Hydro Pulse® System includes a three-way advanced breath freshening system. Research shows that breath problems come from the nose & throat (not the stomach as is commonly believed). Our system includes a special tip for complete breath control. System Includes:Base unit, 2 Sinus tips, 2 Throat tips/integral tongue cleaners (for breath control), Breathe-ease irrigation solution samples, and complete instructions plus DVD video demo instructions summary.

This is some of the best money I have spent
I have only had this for about 6 mos. so I don't know how long it will last but if it was too break tomorrow I would cry thinking for the cost it should last longer but will order another one. This is some of the best money I have spent. I have had allergies & sinus problems for years I have had a couple of sinus surgeries. After sinus surgery they had me too use the Neli Med squeeze bottle too clean my sinues out I have search for years too find something that does just as good or better than the squeeze bottle this is it. This gets used just about every night sometimes 2 or more times a day if I'm sick & having trouble breathing. If you have mucus or anything stopping you up clean it out with this & it helps for a little bit. Will build back up till your sickness is over but I'll take any relief I can get when sick. Don't know how often I do it but every now & then I run the water & vinegar solution threw it. I pour it in the container turn unit on run the mixture threw till empty then refill container with solid hot water from the tap & run that threw so I don't worry about no vinegar left over. Every single nite after I use it I run solid hot water threw too keep it unclog. Read some review where it said the powder clogged it up so far been doing this hasn't got clogged yet. I also mix my sinus rinse & distill water in a another cup with lid on it. My cup is a shaker cup that has the measurements on it I pour the distill water in it heat it in the microwave for about 55 secs. then pour the sinus rinse powder in the cup stir it a little then pour it in the Grossan container that way powder already dissolved & shouldn't block or cake up the unit. A little time consuming but worth it if it gets me my money worth because I love how good this cleans my nose out. I also run solid hot water over the nose piece every time I use it & about once a week soak them in the water & vinegar solution for about 15/20 minutes for sanitizing.

Sinus goo be gone!
I can't speak to the longevity as I haven't had it that long but it seems to work quite well. It's certainly more powerful than my neti pot or squeeze bottle. I have owned two battery operated sinus irrigators that I quite liked but they don't seem to last. I've nicknamed mine the Nose Abortion 3000 because that's pretty much what it does. The wide mouth of the container makes it easy to use homemade saline mixes or any add-ins from prescribed things to oils. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN DISTILLED WATER IN THIS MACHINE even though the directions tell you to run tap water through after using to rinse out bit of saline and such. If the water isn't good enough to actually rinse with, it shouldn't go in the machine because you're introducing whatever solids are in the water into your nose and sinus cavities. It's definitely easy to use and I like the variable speeds that range from gentle to power wash. Based on the other reviews I've read about things breaking, I've stowed away my paperwork in case I need to replace all or part of it.

Sinus Irrigator
I was having at least 6 sinus infections a year before I got the Hydro Pulse. I have had it for over a year now and only one infection. It is amazing. I no longer breathe through my mouth. My sinus passages always feel clear. It is easy to use and worth every penny. I was hesitant to buy it because people said it easily quit working but I wonder if they took the time to clean it with Vinegar periodically. I always use a cup of distilled water after every use and run it through the machine too. And I turn the unit upside down to make sure all water has drained out. Even if this only lasted a few months, it is worth it to me. I would have spent more on one dr's visit and round or meds than the cost of the machine. I love it and recommend it to many. My PCP is now telling his patients with Sinus issues about the Hydro Pulse. My friend has had one for years and told me to always clean it or it would not last. Her first one didn't. Her second one has lasted for years because of the cleaning. So I followed her advice from day one.

Hydropulse review
I tried out the Hydro Pulse Sinus Irrigation System as soon as I felt I was getting a sore throat. I used the throat irrigator two or three times and the nasal irrigator a couple times a day for a couple days. Each time I used a salt packet. I did get the cold but my throat was not sore at night (which it usually is) nor was it sore during the day. My cold lasted for two days. If I felt stuffy afterwards, I used the nasal irrigator again. I had no problems with it once I figured out the speed at which the water should come out. If it is too fast, you will feel it back in your sinuses. I cleaned it out according to instructions, which I would do anyway and it's been fine. It is not something I will use all the time but I will sure use it at the beginnings of a cold or sore throat. I was thinking I could gargle with salt water and get the same results as the throat irrigator but then I decided the throat irrigator did a more thorough job. I would recommend it.

Neti Pot does as good a job for a lot less
Save your money, time, counter space and just use a $5 squeezable Neti pot. I gave my fancy Hydro Pulse away and dug out my trusty rubber Neti pot. Does as thorough a job and one saline packet lasts for 10-20 nasal washings vs. one for just two sides. Believe me, because the longer you squirt this thing is no different than squirting the Neti. It just comes out the other side or you swallow it. NOW, does an IRRIGATION SYSTEM work? He-- Yes. I get 5 allergy shots a week, use a prescription nasal spray 2X a day, and a generic Mucinex, but the first thing I do when in the morning and when I some home at might is use a Neti pot to was out the allergens collected in my sinus passages. The saline makes it absolutely pain FREE and does a great job at breaking up any collected mucus on regular days and during colds. Sweet RELIEF.
