Good quality. Easy use.

Had this two months now and am pleased with this combi. I have a small kitchen, so do not want a toaster, the grill is very good - quick & even. The oven heats evenly. Microwave heats evenly. All very good. Just wish every manufacturer would redesign the door catches - - why are the hooks on the door ? to catch clothing/oven gloves ?!? I would recommend, hope it lasts. Previous combi (not Samsung) lasted 22 years!

Excellent item and competitively priced. Good range of options. Timer is a bit awkward to set. Would buy again.

Great purchase, bigger than a normal microwave, so ideal for where we wanted to put this as removed the previous built in microwave. Easy to use, the grill function is very good, cheese on toast, pizza. The 900 watts is a very good power. Function are also very good, but when using the machine, we normally just press the +30 and start

My mum has owned this model for several years but only uses it to reheat and defrost. I recently helped her roast a whole chicken in it using combi convection+microwave when her main oven packed in. After that I decided I needed a combination microwave in my life! I immediately ordered this when I saw it on sale (more than half the price my mum paid for hers). It's still trial and error cooking certain foods/ recipes because the leaflet it comes with is a useless guide. I downloaded the more detailed manual off the Samsung website but for homemade dishes like pasta bake, mac cheese and shepherd's pie - even whole baked jacket potatoes and chips get no mention. The convection oven setting is disappointing. The maximum is 200°C but it never reaches this temperature. Everything I have tried to bake at 200°C takes double the time compared to my main oven. The microwave power (900 watts) is great and heats up food quicker than my previous one. Not too keen on the cheap feeling plastic door frame and handle on this, or how the window is quick to steam up. This occurs in-between the glass panels so you can't just wipe it away. After reading some complaints about the high grill tray arcing when used in combination settings, I was scared to use it for a while. Thankfully I haven't had that issue and can use either grill tray in combi settings without sparks flying. There is no back-light on the control panel, making it difficult to view in natural light if you have this microwave placed in a corner like I have. The option to turn off the turntable, deodorisation mode and eco setting are welcomed features. I haven't tried any of the pre-set cooking codes yet. It's not a straightforward exercise, but signing up for Samsung's three year warranty is definitely worth pursuing! Considering this first came out in 2015, it's a good affordable combo microwave but a lot of experimentation is needed to get the best out of it.
