The straps that are supplied are utterly useless, very flimsy and badly fitting
The item arrived in a badly damaged box, with dents and internal issues to the Melodeon carrying case. I have sent it back for replacement. The straps that are supplied are utterly useless, very flimsy and badly fitting. I have since purchased some decent straps at £80.00. The Melodeon itself seems to be fine, although as a beginner I would not know if it was in tune or not. One of the buttons is sticking, but I think I should be able to remedy this myself. Compared to other suppliers the price is very good, but spoilt by the straps and damage.Hence only four stars.

Good instrument but hard case lets it down.
The melodeon itself is excellent. Just what I wanted as my first venture into this type instrument. However. The hard case is a little too tight and has scratched the side if the box and the straps as as good as useless. If you are considering one invest in some decent padded straps and a padded gig bag.
