Small Batter Bowl

I've been making a lot of ice cream during the pandemic. One of the problems was pouring the "batter" into the opening of the ice cream maker. With this bowl and its helpful pour spout, problem solved! After cooking the "batter," I pour it into the batter bowl and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, it's easy to pour it into the ice cream maker without spilling a drop or making a mess.

My wife's pampered chef bowl broke when it fell off a shelf. It's used almost daily and is a must in our kitchen. The only comment I have is the picture shown is of the older model of the bowl by pampered chef. The bowl I received is the new model which looks a little different but is still a quality glass bowl with handle along with a nice lid to protect stuff when it goes in the refrigerator.

I like my kitchenware to be both pretty and functional. This fulfills both my requirements and I use it often. However, one annoyance I have with it, is that liquids don't pour out of it very clearly. Because of the shape of the spout, they have a tendency to run down the side, which is not very helpful.

I have two of these. I keep them around because I LOVE that they have lids. They are also very attractive. HOWEVER. They are horrid when it comes to pouring. They always dribble down the side. ALWAYS. Drives me crazy. It wouldn't take much of a redesign to fix this. None of my other glass measuring cups drip like these do.

This bowl is easy to use for things like pancake batter, thanks tot he pour spout & handle. I love the fact that the measurements are molded on - no worries of losing them to too many rounds in the dishwasher.

Love this bowl. It's not heavy, the handle is easy to grip, it's the perfect size to make pancakes. I almost didn't buy the bowl because the description mentions, "Includes standard Metric marks for easy measuring" but it didn't mention that it also includes measurements in cups. I'm so glad. It holds 4 cups and it's great to have the measurements in cups.

What a great batter bowl. It is the perfect size for small batches. I had read some folks complained that it was less than ideal when pouring. I found that to be true also if you pour fast. Pouring slow I have not had any problem. Everything I have purchased from Pampered chef has been great.
