Good Multi purpose plate
Very Well Made. Good Price. I use it for certain Ab exercises. Its only 25 lbs but bigger then a regular 45 pounder.A regular 25 pound plate will not give you the grip this plate has. Good for Front raises for your delts. easy to useSeated for triceps
