Quickbooks 2013 in Depth 1st Edition

This book is awesome! It has given me all the "how to" information, but more importantly, it's given me the "why" I should be doing something a certain way. Even though they don't want to be your "advisor" they bring things to your attention so you can ask an advisor...Thank you! I'm trying to set up a company file and need to get some questions answered before going forward. Thanks to this book, I now know what to ask! Thanks again for a great, truly in-depth book!

I like the book and it has been helpful. My problem has been that I really haven't had time to go through the entire book as it was "crunch time" to learn how to use QuickBooks so I have just searched for the information I needed for specific thing and played with QuickBooks. It seems to be a very comprehensive book so i am sure if I had time to really read through the book, it would be great.

This book is an excellent resource for even the experienced QuickBooks user. I have used QuickBooks for over 12 years and I still have things to learn. Laura is an excellent teacher and has a lot to share. The book is very detailed and is quite useful for anyone that uses QuickBooks.

very helpful and include a lot of details. if you are first time buyer, you may need "quickbooks 2013 for dummies" too. that helps you get into this program easier and build up a general contents.

Bought the paperback version and never received it. Bought the Kindle version because I could receive it immediately (class had started). I love Kindle for reading novels and personal interest stuff but it's a little awkward for text books. I am a novice with mobile devices and seem to be subject to internet access to read this text. That access is complicated and/or expensive. Think I will stick with hard copy. To be fair, the retailer for the paperback did contact me and offer a replacement and I have not followed up, in effect I ripped myself off.

The book is very useful! The book guides and helps business owners, accounting professionals, or bookkeepers to use QuickBooks software on daily basis. Using the book, you can set up the company, record transactions, and see reports.

So far, It has been helpful. Since it is a manual of instructions, more time and usage will tell a better story.

This book is for Quickbooks Premier and Enterprise, NOT basic QB 2013.
