Great taste and seems to do the job!
I’m no doctor, so I can’t give a medical review, but it definitely seems to work—I’ve been visiting the bathroom much more often since I started drinking it! To be completely honest, the best part for me is the taste—I actually really enjoy it. It’s light, pleasant, and easy to drink every day. Once this pouch runs out, I’ll definitely be ordering more!

Love it, just feels good, but my mum has insomia and somehow she always wants me to make her this tea to help her to go to sleep. Who would have known. But i really enjoy their brands. Teas are often weridly nice. Thank you buddy xxx

Bought for myself as I have lymphodema in my legs. Don't use as often as I ought to. Earthy flavour and refreshing.

Surprisingly nice flavour
I got this to see if it would help with IC and I don’t know if it was this or not but my symptoms went away. I strained the dried leaves in boiling water and added some manuka hokey to sweeten, I would recommend trying this if you’re having bladder issues.

Tastes horrible, I make my own dried clevers tea but thought ild try this , I dry out the plant which is green and looks fresh, this is brown looks like they’ve dried a lot of roots doesn’t feel fresh dried or taste nice
