Very comfy mat, some reviews say it's so thick they can't balance properly but I haven't found this at all. I have been doing yoga on a thin rug and struggled just to sit comfortably but having this mat has made things seem so much easier, the only discomfort being from pushing myself further than I'm used to rather than the floor. I gave it four instead of five stars because the dents and wrinkles from its straps and packaging haven't faded at all after being left flat for a few days, however this is my first yoga mat and don't know if they are always like that.

Highly recommended. I have really enjoyed using my mat. It is thick and very comfortable for floor work. The cushioning is appreciated because I have sore knees and couldn't work on a hard surface. The mat is so nice to use, that I've even fallen soundly asleep during relaxation after exercising. I was very impressed with the company who sold this product because they sent some information about yoga positions and took the trouble to check that I was completely happy with my purchase. And I very much am.I highly recommend with with only one proviso (which doesn't bother me). Because this is a luxury mat compared with some thin alternatives, it doesn't roll up into a compact little bundle if you need one that's easily transported, for example on public transport. This doesn't put me off at all - I use mine mainly in the house and would drive to any classes - but might be worth considering it compact size is relevant to you.Also can be use for campingI am using for yoga and exercise

This mat is so soft and comfortable it's a dream! It is exactly what I hoped for when I ordered it as my knees are now much happier. Also, the colour I chose is a beautiful, cheerful green which I like very much. If you have to travel on public transport to get to your yoga class, you might find the size of the mat bulky but for home use or a short walk to the leisure centre it's fine. All in all, I recommend the mat highly.

Love this mat to bits. It’s just right thickness and works both on my tiles and wooden floor. I have been using this for 4 months now and sure there is little wear and tear crack that come on when you push hard in the mat like downward dog pose. But not yet chipped. And the best think is the strap to secure it. So easy to store away in the corner.

Excellent product with just the right amount of thickness and flexibility. Very secure and does not slip even on a wooden floor. Perfect for those Kriya practices that require extended periods of sitting in one place where a thinner mat would make the pose uncomfortable.

Absolutely awesome. I bought this for my pilates class as I am very slim and suffer with fibromyalgia so feel pain quickly on my joints. It's so soft, cushioned and supportive and I love the bright colour too. Super Chuffed with it.

Very comfy for Pilates, can use it on my cold stone floor. Suspect the kids will also be commandeering It for camping! Arrived quickly, as described and no chemical smell like I've had from other mats.

I love this mat, it's the best one I've ever had! I've spent some time looking for a cleaner/less toxic mat that's also very thick and suitable for pilates. And this one is perfect! The only downside is that it's SO comfy that you have to be careful not to fall asleep on it :-)
