I trust this brand, and this is easier than opening an entire tin of achovies, although I would still use them rather than paste on my best dishes; but this paste provides the deep back flavor you want in a good sauce.

Really nice to add to pasta sauce or salad dressing, especially for pasta puttanesco. I'm not a big fan of anchovies, but I do like to use a touch of the paste, which adds some of the flavor without being overpowering. It stores really well in the fridge. Very convenient in its small tube, which doesn't leak. Lasts quite a long time in the fridge.

I always include anchovy paste when making my Ceasar salad dressing. This is great, it adds the perfect amount of anchovy saltiness

I don't use this very often. The recipes that I do use it in, it dissolves and becomes, in and of itself, tasteless. That's a good thing; therefore, 5 stars
