4M Sealife Mould and Paint

My 4 year old granddaughter had a great timemolding and painting the sea life in this kit.

Purchased as a gift for my 7 year old Grandson, who loves making things. He was delighted with the present and made some lovely sea life creatures. The plastic mould could be a little more flexible for little fingers as it is made of quite stiff plastic and not flexible enough for youngsters to use on their own as you have to gently coax the plaster out of the mould, but we managed it with only one little tear to the outside of the mould. Shapes turned out well were decorated using the lovely bright coloured paints provided.

Granddaughter loved it and had a very enjoyable afternoon making models with half of the material provided. So another enjoyable half day to come. Is it good value though? - the elements are simple enough and I'm sure can be bought separately for far less, but having it packaged this way is good as a starter pack. If the bug bites I'll be shopping for the separate bits.

Purchased for grandchildren (ages 5 and 3). They loved making and painting these.
