Wonderful!
This is great for anyone. As a kids toy or as display for a collector. The colors are nice and the sculpt is outstanding. It is priced high but fair for the quality and craftsmanship.

Overall it's a great! A little pricy, but great!
As an archosaur enthusiast, I can see why some customers might be a little upset w/ the accuracy. That said, for what you're buying this is a great product, albeit a bit expensive to likely cover shipping & the fact that archosaur figurines aren't near as popular as they were in the '90s & '00s, when the Jurassic Park franchise was massively in the forethought of the public; I mean that's how I got started reading about them.Anyway, I believe for the scale of size & for the mass produced material used, the accuracy is pretty on point. It would be significantly more difficult to replicate all the believed fine minute details of this therapod at this scaled size w/o going to a more skilled sculpture carving using a different building material & w/o driving up the cost. Being the larger figurines are going for around $80 USD already, it would be hard to justify the cost from both the manufacturer & customer perspectives. The paint appears to be a nice airbrushing, if you don't plan to "play" w/ this figurine, then it's a fantastic paint job, but I can't imagine it would hold up to a child playing w/ it like they do their Tonka toys; I know I was hard on my toys when I was younger.Honestly, the price is the only thing I would be critical about, I would've been happier & given this a solid 5 stars in every category if the figurine would've been priced around $25-$30 USD instead of ~$40 USD. This will be the first of a few I want to ultimately get for a display shelf in my office, so I'm glad that overall I'm very happy w/ my purchase. For now, Fergus is sitting on my desktop amplifier & speaker overlooking my desk.

An exemplary example of artistic creativity
Sinopliosaurus released by PNSO for 2022 is based on disputed fossilized remains found in the Sichuan Basin of China and named in 1944 by Y. Jhongjian. Sinopliosaurus weiyuanensis ( Chinese More Lizard ) was once believed to be a marine reptile Pliosaur its teeth are now known to be a spinosaurid theropod.PNSO, known for their adherence to scientific research makes a departure with this figure. The sculpt is a speculative amalgamation of several members of the Spinosauridae. The sculpt; Combining features of known taxa the sculpt has the deep tail and high neural spines and notch of Ichthyovenator coupled with a shallow skull and rosette maxilla of Suchomimus. The details as always is superior. The individually sculpted teeth, the neck and throat pouch, and the muscling of the limbs are exemplary. The paint; A welcomed departure from the subdued models of late, the pallete is arresting and has to viewed in direct sunlight to be truly appreciated. Like the sculpt, the small details are utilized to marvelous extent. The pose; Here, is where I feel the art direction veered into restraint. The pose is in a forward stride, and can balance on a flat surface, reminiscent of a hunting heron, I suspect sculpting the neck in a tight S-curve would shift balance rearward, allow the figure to stand on more uneven surfaces and reinforce the avian connection. I do laud the graceful curve of the spine and the ever so slight twist to the tail. Again, the inclusion of these small nuances makes the figure stand apart.Figures representing the Spinosauridae are emerging into the public consciousness and represented by several manufacturers with varying degrees of quality. While the figure is somewhat of a chimera. This does not detract from the talent of the artists. PNSO consistently delivers quality figures with adherence to scientific rigor, meticulous detail, and artistic panache. Regardless of what the figure is named, the quality of the figure is indisputable, and highly recommended.

10/10 Figure
I only order PNSO for my dinosaur models, as usual, this figure has insanely good quality, design, and detail. The stability is questionable; it stands on its own but easily falls. You definitely want to use the stand. Worth the money and I’m very happy.

Beautiful and rapidly shipped!
Every PNSO replica is a work of art. I cannot recommend them high enough.Only problem is that they usually take many weeks to get here from China. This one arrived within two days to my delight. They must have had it in stock here in the USA.

Great figure, bad stand.
I love the figure, it looks great. But the stand barely sits properly and it takes a lot of finagling to finally get it to work. Still, a slight shake will cause the whole thing to topple over. It seems like either the stand is taller than it should be or the arm is bent preventing the figure from resting on it securely. Disappointing for sure.

Best Acrocanthosaurus for the Price!
I've always liked the Acrocanthosaurus, but I could never find an affordable figure or statue for display. The Acro was always available as ether a injection-molded plastic kid's toy, or as a near museum level solid resin display piece that costs more than a whole crate of the kid's toys. I found this Acro by accident and I knew I had to have it. Not disappointed in the least. The details are excellent, from the skin pigmentation, to the bony bumps (osteoderms) and ridges on its neck and spine. The jaw allows for a fair degree of movement without exposing the inner hinge. I'm tickled pink with this figure. The only thing I can complain about is the osteoderms on the head and neck are easy to damage. Abrasions will easily remove the paint from them, or even chip them off entirely, leaving little whitish specks.
