Are these actual nonslip? Can they work for a restaurant environment ?

I've worn mine a lot and noticed no problem with slipping. I love them. Stylish and fun, comfortable, and even room for an orthotic arch support if needed for long hours working.

Do these slip on or do they have to be tied each time?

For me tied, because the laces come up pretty high. I suppose you could leave some holes empty and knot off the laces where you want them, and they would be slip ons.

In reading the reviews, several have mentioned that these sneakers "run big.” Length or width?

I would say these "run big" mostly in length, but that is because I usually wear a 7.5 and I got an 8 because they only come in 1/2 sizes. Hope that helps!

Stylish and comfortable!

I absolutely love these shoes! They are not only super cute but also super comfortable! I have flat feet and these feel so good. I have trouble with shoes being tight where my bones near the toes are and these are not like that. They have plenty of give since they are corduroy material. I highly recommend!

Good bang for your buck!

These shoes have no arch support and I love it. I'm extremely flat footed and most shoes just end up hurting me but these were wonderful! I've been wearing them daily for about a month now and they've held up well. I hope they last me a long while. Also they add an inch or two to my height and I like that.
