I went with this Mobil 1 filter for my 2015 Tahoe because I wanted something I could trust for my oil change. My favorite filter. I use this with 5w30 mobile 1 full synthetic on my 2015 pickup and because I don't drive it much, I leave it in there for about 2 years or 8000 miles. It's the only brand I trust for that duration. And sometimes after 2 years, it is in decent looking condition.

After some research and a lifter failure in my 2016 Sierra with a 5.3, switched to this filter and 4K Mobil1 5/30 oils changes. This filter outperformed and had lower resistance than the FRAM ultra I’ve been running for 10 years.
