The unimpressive cardboard packaging lacked critical cushioning. It was no mystery why the product arrived significantly damaged (missing handle, cracked case, & a torn edge). The manufacturer lacks adequate quality control, as evidenced by the fact that the product left the assembly plant with bent internal dividers. Even if the item was properly assembled and packaged, the overall quality of the product was poor. It felt flimsy and unsubstantial. I will not purchase another product from this manufacturer (Munlong).

My package arrived tooday. I opened the box only to discover broken glass. The compartments for my glasses were noticeably small. Not what I expected.
