I have a 13.5 volt 75 amp piece of equipment. Will this power supply power it?

yes this will power an item like that as long as the initial "start up /surge amps" do not exceed the units specs .Also they recommend to only use device for 80% of rated output(80 amps) so you will be close to its limits. the voltage is adjustable from like 12-16 volts amperage is not.
