Eliminated the ticks from my property!
We had so many ticks on our property that my family and I were getting them on us almost daily, during the summer. After using a bag of this stuff I’ve seen a huge drop in their population. Then I used one more bag, and mixed it with diatomaceous earth and I couldn’t spot one tick anywhere.

Outside flea yard treatment
This stuff works great. We haven't found one flea on our dog ever since we started using it. I don't feel bitting insects on me will out in the yard. Very pleased with this product. It is on the pricie side but it does work.

Works as it says.
I ordered it because I had a anti ant powder which has permethrin as the effective gradient. That powder was very powerful. Whenever ants touch it, they die immediately. But this one (Permthrin Granule) doesn't work that powerfully, even after I watered it lightly as directed. But it does kill ants though after a while, although not that dramatically.

Worked very good with those ants. Great job

Ineffective
Did not work. Ants literally just walked over and around the granules and nothing happened. Tried adding more, getting them wet, etc. Fleas also continued to be a problem. Finally broke down and bought some amdro which worked like a charm, at 1/5 the price.
