I bought this pair in Mar 2023 and started using it in Apr / May 2023. I do about 5 - 8 miles of runs / walks per week, as a 59 year old. Nothing hard, but easy runs and not much trail work. Have used / use Hoka, Nike and Asics - without such an issue. In 7 months of usage (walks and runs) a hole has developed in the Collar padding of the shoe, as seen in the picture. Besides this, I have no issue with the shoes, they have been comfortable in walks and runs in all surfaces. Excellent traction in all conditions (dry and wet). Did a couple of trail walks in them and they were fine. They fit to size and have a comfortable feel to them.I contact Amazon Chat support and they told me to contact the Brand?? Crazy. I am not sure if the supplier in India / Malaysia / Vietnam can help. Truly affects the brand image of the company.
