GIMILI Brushed Nickel Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer with Soap Dispenser Single Handle LED Kitchen Sink Faucet

Update! It took some digging but I was able to get in touch with Gimili and I will say they were extremely quick about send replacement parts. No questions asked. I have not yet replaced it but I did get the parts for free. Good job gimili and thanks! We purchased 2 of these faucets. One for my sons kitchen and one in ours. May 17th 2023. His is still working fine and he uses it a lot. We however installed it sometime in June 2023 but did not move into the home until September. I cannot recall exactly when the led colors no longer turned on when the water runs but I know I know It was noticed October 28th as the first time I realized there was no lights. It seems there were no lights for some time actually. I remember being shocked when I would use the faucet and the lights came on as I was not used to that and it always surprised me. I had not been surprised for a while. I am unsure if not using it for so long caused it to go bad or not. I just feel it did not work much after installation in our home. Again, my sons faucet is fine and he used it several times per day since installation. I can only assume the generator goes bad after install if its not constantly used. Almost like it has some sort of battery. Unsure what to do as warranty is only good for 30 days and no option to replace just the lights….the entire reason for the purchase is now useless….

Bought one of these for rental house, like it so much I bought one for my house also! Had a small,problem with the light, which I have decided I love, and Sunny at sent a new light, in super fast time. Very responsive customer service- and great communication! Thank you

I like the faucet and it was easy to install. The handle fell off after using it a few times. There’s no directions on how to tighten the screw. I had to buy a special small Allen key screwdriver to fix the issue. Then when I tried to tighten it, the screw was gone. Not pleased.

This faucet came with temperature sensitive LED lights that would light BLUE for Cold Water, GREEN for Warm Water and RED for Hot Water. This was its major selling point to my decision to buy. Unfortunately, after 11 months the LED lights no longer light up. This product came with a 2 Year Warranty which should mean that I can contact either Amazon or the manufacturer (GIMILI) to request a replacement. At this point, Amazon has informed me that they cannot process a replacement and neither have they provided a means for me to contact GIMILI. I therefore will not recommend this product to anyone.

I love this product. It works well with my farm sink. I have complete coverage for spraying sink. I also love the color scheme for each water temperature! I would buy again!
