I love the migraine cold cap and neck ice pack ! Just received yesterday but already had to use because I have migraines nearly everyday. The cap and neck pack are made out of silky material which feels good on your skin. There is no smell from either one which is great ! I took them out of the box but left them in their clear plastic bag (which is what your supposed to do) put them in freezer and about 20 minutes later I got them out of freezer. As soon as I put them both on I could feel them working, but when I layed down I felt even better with the coldness on my head, neck, and shoulders . Such, a great product , wish I had known sooner about this set ! I'm thinking about giving a few for Christmas presents this year !

My husband was in a MVA in October of last year, and suffered a mild concussion. My boss sent me this combo that worked when his sun had a head injury. Best sleep ever, compression is comfortable, and you don't "have" to put in the fridge to chill. For us, leaving on the nightstand got it plenty cold just from our AC Unit.

I wish I knew about these sooner they really help with my migraines- only complaint is they don’t hold the cold for long enough and I’ve had to purchase multiple to use and once it warms up I get a new one out of the freezer to put on

I have several of head caps and recently added the neck piece to my collection . I suffer from daily headaches and neck pain so these are great for several reasons : 1) they are comfy to wear , especially when laying down 2) they freeze / cool down quickly in the fridge or freezer Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they only stay nice and cold out of the freezer for about 20-25 minutes depending on the temperature inside / if you are laying on it . However , I just bought multiple to switch out. I recommend keeping a small cooler beside your bed or couch with new cold ones . I don’t wear the head caps as show in the picture as I don’t like how it squeezes my head but they are great for folding or laying on behind your head or just resting on top of your forehead . Much better than the usual plastic ice packs on your face
