Comfortable and supportive for plantar faciitis
I have/had plantar faciitis and have been searching for an insole to give me sufficient support and comfort for all-day walking or playing sports. I do have podiatrist-prescribed insoles as well but I didn't want to wear them out too quickly as they are very pricey to replace. I should also mention that I am quite flatfooted as well. I have tried a few other brands and some of them are well-cushioned but very thick (and even squeeky!), making my shoes too tight, or, very thin but not very comfortable for wearing too long. The Move insoles are on the thinner side while still being very supportive, leaving enough room in my shoes to be laced comfortably. For plantar faciitis, you want the midfoot plate to be quite rigid and to provide arch support. The heel should also be cupped so that your foot isn't sliding around in the back of your shoe. This insole does all those things and as a bonus, has decent cushion under the toes. I have yet to see how durable they are, but so far, they are holding up very well even though I am constantly taking them in and out when I switch shoes. My plantar is subsiding, but I will continue to wear them as they are much better than the insoles that sneakers come with. If you need further convincing, I would search YouTube for a certain foot doctor who explains how these insoles work.

I would go for it
Excellent. I'm a 38 year old who trains basketball 2-3 times a week with a semi-pro league team. Inserted these insoles into AE2s and never looked back! My feet feel way less tired the next day and knees feel almost ready to go! :) Highly recommended for athletes and everyone else keen on preserving their feet and knees. Its definitely not the cheapest but worth it as similar cheaper competitor products were not as high quality as game day pros.
