Health issues
Purchased the foot relaxation chart of Normal Walker and his other two charts and bought all this books. I am very keen and interested in all this although I am not a medical doctor but I consider myself more a natural health 'doctor'. Although I want to follow everything but the food/ drinks is quite hard to do, specially as one gets a lot of negativity and unbelief from family members, but I will do what I can.

Surprisingly inaccurate
I'm a massage therapist, and do foot reflexology. This chart is very very poorly done. Best to spend your money elsewhere.

Good for educational purposes
This chart is very useful for educational purposes. It's laid out very well and easy to understand. It's just big enough to read and does not take up too much wall space.
