Admittedly it is a lot of money but it is worth it. It is a way better deal (despite being two pills) in terms of CFU of the 115 strain blend than the 1 billion CFU a day 30 pill containers. The strain count is unbeatable and I do think the number of strains in the gut matters. It is a product backed by good research. I will say I come back to this product time and time again despite the price, and typically I do only do that if I do feel it is creating a genuine positive change. I do not take this all the time, but I do take a dose from their line every 3-6 months and then eat a lot of fiber. I do not consider this product to be like traditional probiotic products -- in fact usually I take a regular high strain (30ish strains) probiotic every 3 or so months and then use this product in another 3 or so months. If you are eating a large amount of fiber all you have to do is get the strains into your gut and then try to keep them up. I do take the product every once and a while to make sure everything is being maintained well -- and I take both a regular 30ish strain probiotic with this after any extensive antibiotic. It doesn't have to be completely unaffordable!! You do not have to take this all the time after you have taken it once / a few times.

I have a chronic health condition and a heart condition so often will go on antibiotics. I regularly take General Biotic's regular probiotics (Equilibrium) and have for years. After a particularly nasty sinus infection, I had to go on two rounds of antibiotics to rid myself of it and thought I'd try the booster. So, yes, you pay ~$25 for just two pills that have about 20 BILLION of the good, healthy microbes that you want in your body. These are two pills and they help your gut recover from any microbial imbalance. I took it after the antibiotics flushed out of my system and weirdly started craving organic apple sauce instead of cake. I literally went to the store to buy myself a cake and came home with organic apple sauce. It was wonderful. I plan to take a booster every time I need to go on antibiotics on top of my daily Equilibrium indefinitely.

The price is lunacy. For 2 pills!

I have not take. THese yet. I ADORE Equilibrium. So hoping these will help things along. But I thought I was getting a much larger container for that price. Just please pay closer attention than I did.

This was the only thing that helped alleviate by Dry Eye Syndrome. Gut and eye health are connected. I wish other companies also had 115 strains to increase competition and decrease the price. Definitely expensive. But also cheaper than buying over $300 of preservative free eye drops every year. Now i use less eye drops.
