I can't keep sponges sanitary - they start to smell within 2 or 3 days of opening a new one. They also don't clean up spills very well, and I'm terribly messy in the kitchen. I decided to try bar rags, and won't go back to sponges again. They clean up all spills and splashes in one swipe. Cleans kitchen counters, stoves, everything faster, and much better, than sponges. And cleaning them is a breeze - into the laundry they go, and out they come clean and SANITARY and pack away neatly. I'll never go back to using sponges. These rags are strong, virtually lint free, and the right size to really make cleaning a one-pass swipe away.

These are wonderful for reusable cleaning and wiping down of surfaces throughout your house! They are *very* absorbent! Fresh out of the package, which is my test for rags/towel absorbency, they sucked up the water I was running from the faucet instantaneously.I purchased these for cleaning my kitchen as paper towel replacements. They are the perfect size but could also be cut in half too. I love that I can bleach them as needed too. They are are also surprisingly soft given they are bar mops. Highly recommend for your household.

These are the perfect size to use in my kitchen. Not as large and bulky as a regular kitchen towel or bar towel but yet not as small as a washcloth. They are very absorbent and conform well to my hand. I will be ordering more.

Slightly thinner then most & bit less absorption.

A pal gave me a tip to buy a supply of inexpensive "bar rags" to use when I BBQ/grill. I used to use our Williams Sonoma towels and inevitably I'd leave them with a big grease stain.

I knew these would be thinner than I wanted but other reviews were good so I figured I'd be able to put up with them. I received them, could tell they were thin and washed them so I knew they would be clean and ready to use. I just took them out of the dryer. I have never seen such a thick layer of lint in my life. I was expecting a lot, but holy cow there was more than a lot. When I started folding them I could not believe what I was seeing. Every single rag was falling apart. Corner stitching was coming loose, and the sides were frayed. I did not even use these yet! All I did was wash them. These were not made to hold up for even one use. Will be attempting a return.

These towels work great for clean up in our coffee shops! Hardly any lint when washed & dried and they hold up well after sitting in bleach water. Other bar towels I’ve tried just smear the liquid around but, these towels are really absorbent.

Great for the price! I'm use them constantly at home for cleaning up around the house and during/after cooking for my large family! I highly recommend!
