These go down really easy with no bad after taste. They aren't too large and they were packaged nicely. Highly recommended!

I’ve been off of caffeine for months, and trying different supplements to simply improve my cognitive function without the deleterious effects of the drug. A friend gave me four of these pills and I scoured the internet but couldn’t find an ingredients list for this supplement, quoting “proprietary blend of NATURAL ingredients.”I ordered a box of these pills which is non-refundable, despite the box being untouched. The ingredients list includes as much CAFFEINE as a standard cup of coffee. Yeah, no wonder it is so popular. Caffeine doesn’t give you energy, it simply tricks your brain into not releasing adenosine, the chemical whose purpose is to communicate how much rest you need..! I ran the ingredients list by my doctor and they recommended I return it, and not to take this product.TLDR: This product is not approved by the FDA, and has some huge red flags in how it’s presented online. I love these but they are priced too high for me to continue. If you have the money these are fantastic and an absolute great suppliment.

These are easy to swallow, and I can honestly say I have not experienced any difference since taking them. And for the price point, I'd expect a lot more. I wonder what makes them worth $100. I'm not going to continue with them to find out.

It clearly states on the side of the box “This product (and/or ingredients) is produced in a facility that may also process ingredients containing - wheat, milk, egg, soybeans, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, and peanuts.”Therefore if this product is still labeled “Gluten Free” it is because the cross contamination is minimal and still follows the FDA guidelines! Meaning they are not required to even state that it was made in such a facility that contains traces because, the possibility of contamination is too small.They only included the label on the side out of the kindness of their heart and I feel it may have back fired for them. Onto the product.. This supplement made a small difference for me after consuming for a few days. It wasn’t enough of a difference for me to consider re-purchasing however, this has the potential to really help someone and the DR. Who created this must have taken a lot of time investigating an effective recipe.Just because the other reviewer states she can potentially make this at home doesn’t justify the thought. Especially since she would only be going off of the recipe and hard work of the creator. I’m sure the creator of this supplement sacrificed A LOT of time putting this together with trial and error.Do I believe it’s worth the tag? Not really, I feel others had a point when pointing that out.

I don't know if it's a placebo effect but I definitely feel better after taking these! Remember to give it time to work.
