GrowthPic Musical Baby Crib Mobile with Star Projector Nursery Function, Foldable Arm, Hanging Rotating Infant Playing Teether and Loudspeaker with 30 Melodies

I was looking for a mobile for our daughters room, I liked that this one was cute and had multiple features and was reasonably priced. I’m happy with the product for the most part but it could be better. In my oppinion the mobile turns way to slow and the projection feature isn’t bright enough to see on the ceiling as advertised. My baby does seem to like the mobile and it appears to be of good quality so I would still give it 4 stars!

Do not buy this, it fell on my 9 week old son. I followed the instructions on putting it together and had used it for a couple of days and he really liked it, but last night I had it on with him in the crib and it suddenly fell apart. My husband noted that it appears to be cheaply made so the part that clicks together easily falls apart with much movement, which there will be because it's meant to spin. Very disappointed.

The first night we installed and used this mobile for our then 2 month old, she absolutely loved it. We loved it. It was wonderful. By the second night the mobile completely stopped rotating. We continued to use it for about a week simply for the music since it put baby to sleep. We figured that maybe within that time it might start rotating again. Nope. After that week passed, I began to look for the contact info so we could reach out to the seller about this issue and I noticed that they had already posted a list of "troubleshooting" methods for this particular issue. It suggests that the mobile had new or fully charged batteries. Okay, we had that part covered. Secondly it explains that you might need to rotate the mobile part yourself to get it to start working again... Evidently this must be a recurring issue that people seem to encounter since the seller felt it was necessary to share troubleshooting info. Well, we rotated this mobile for WEEKS! With little to no improvement. IF the mobile actually began to rotate on its own again, it would do so VERY SLOWLY. You'd have to watch very closely to actually notice the movement. So that was annoying. Over a few weeks the mobile for some reason has finally started to rotate at a normal speed, however now, as it rotates, it makes an awful creaking noise that will not go away.Two stars simply for the music varieties on this mobile.

I got this baby mobile for my friend’s newborn and her baby absolutely loves it. We put it together and set it by her crib. Once the music started and the light was on, she could not stop looking at it. There are four buttons for different melodies. When we were at her place, my toddler started dancing with the happy songs. My friend sent me a video showing her baby fell asleep with the smoothing music. We all think that was the best baby toy so far. The only thing they need to improve is the way to lock the parts with the mobile arm. I had to do it in the right way to prevent it from dropping off. One of the cute animals can be used as a teether too.

Make sure you pay attention to the description. The clamp does not fit most standard sized cribs. Two of the little rattlers/dangling toys have fallen off, one even fell on my daughter. They are held to the mobile by a knot in a string through a hole and the knot was not large enough and just slipped through the hole.

I bought this back in October of 2018, but my daughter decided she doesn't want to sleep in her crib anymore. So, I couldn't find a place that is sturdy enough to hang it up besides the crib. I wish it could be straighten out when clipped in so I could hang it on the edge of the table or something. Other than that, I love that it has variety of music and the light changes colors. Also, the toys rattled if you shake them to grey the baby's attention. My daughter is very hard to put her to sleep. I have to put her on the Graco swing. Then, I turn on the musical crib to get her attention. She would cries he and there until she falls asleep. Each time she cried, I rattled the toys and she stopped to look at the GrowthPic Musical until she decided to cried again. Otherwise, she would cried and scratched her face until she fell asleep.I would recommend this to every parents. It helps a lot when putting your little one to sleep.

Should have paid closer attention to the other product reviews.1) the alligator-style attach clasp to crib is too narrow to be secure on the crib (probably why some reviews mention it falling onto newborns)2) because it doesn’t securely attach it droops with gravity and when it gets to a certain point the motor isn’t strong enough to continue to spin around and therefore clicks and clicks until you prop it up again3) it has two levels of volume but even the quietest is too loud for my preferenceI know it’s only around $20 bucks but i feel I might as well have flushed that $ down the toilet

My 3 month old loves the mobile! I do not as much! Even with top brand batteries this thing dies pretty quick. When it does run out of batteries the only way it tells you is that the mobile stops spinning and the music starts looping the same song over and over, very annoying. Battery compartment screw came stripped out so ended up not using it and just taping it shut.
