The only thing that has worked for me so far, and instantly, too.
I just took my 37kilo 12 month GSD who pulls like a *train* out with this for the first time today, and my first impressions are this is absolutely amazing! I'd tried the haltee nose harness with him a few months ago, but he kept trying to take it off and was clearly distressed no matter how much I tried to associate it positively. I held this up and he pushed his head right into it (he's used to regular harnesses) and we were up and running in no time. He initially stopped at the top of the stairs, but after slightly loosening the harness and giving him a gentle tug, he ran down- I'm not even sure adjusting was needed, more that he wasn't confident he could make it, but if it is too tight your dog will lose some front leg mobility, so keep an eye out. Within about ten minutes as far as he was concerned, it wasn't there. A slight correctional tug using the wrist makes him stop, and if he bolts towards birds for instance, he stops almost instantly without losing balance as I was initially worried about. Had a run in with a cat, and for the first time since he was a small puppy, I wasn't fighting to hold him back with my whole strength- he just stopped. This is obviously the first day, and it's certainly possible he will begin to start pulling harder and work out ways around it, but so far no complaints. I would suggest a little alteration to the design though- the ringlet for the lead dangles off a strap adjustable belt, but it would be even better if there was either velcro or a loop you could fix it so it isn't swinging about when you take the lead off.

Simple and effective.
We have a very headstrong six month old puppy, and we've finally admitted defeat when it comes to training her not to pull on the lead. Fortunately we live in the country so she's seldom on the lead anyway, but this harness stopped her pulling from the very first time she wore it. It's simplicity itself to put it on the dog and take it off, and they send you a link to a site where you can watch a video which shows you how to do this. I would recommend this product very highly. UPDATE, 5 months later. We are now on our third harness because she chewed through the other two and has, in fact, chewed through the third although it's managing to hold together with machine stitching at the moment. The problem is that, because the lead attaches at the front, there is a dangling bit which is SO delightfully tempting to a puppy and very reachable by her teeth. I can't tighten the harness any more than it is, although it is the correct size for her weight and actually fits her well. I think if it could be tightened any more it would be too tight. We try to put the harness on at the very last moment so she's not left waiting, giving the devil the opportunity to make work for idle teeth! The fact that I keep buying the harnesses does prove that they are good, they work and they are simplicity itself to use.

Excellent product which really does work.
Wonderful. I can’t believe how well this works. For three years I’ve had shoulder problems because of my dogs constant pulling when out on the lead and was despairing. Someone recommended this halter collar and when it came I thought “ this won’t work”. It’s literally just three simple straps, but once I’d worked out how the halter fitted ( there is a very useful video) it worked like a dream. I thought I’d got a different dog. She walked sedately along by my side, good as gold. Miraculous, inventive product. Full marks.

ANSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.
Absolutely brilliant. It's like I've got a different dog. Once I got it sorted out so it fitted right. I walked out the door and couldn't believe that my extra strong two year old staffie didn't pull to the extent I was used to. It was a real pleasure to walk her. She has continued to be a pleasure to walk

It works!!!
I have a 14 month old beagle who pulls and pulls and draggs me around to the next interesting piece of grass to sniff!!!She is small but extremely strong willed, I've tried everything and almost came to the conclusion that my dog walking days will be the same.... being dragged from one clump of grass to another, after purchasing this harness after viewing some clips on utube it arrived today.Put in on her and took her out today, I got to be honest I was expecting the worst with another failed purchase.OMG I'm so wrong, soon as she got out if the car I was dealing with a different dog. As soon as she pulled I gave the lead a little correction and that was enough and she stopped in her tracks and looked at me in disgust. She did it again and I corrected her gently with the same result.Normally when I meet up with my dog walking friends it's me being pulled behind with a self willed dog, no more. It's amazing product that works!!!!

This lead really works.
If you want control for any active dog easily and gently this lead is a must. A really simple harness to put on and even a strong active dog like my collie cross responds positively. Unlike any other harness the lead is attached at the front by the chest so no chance of the dog pulling forward without being put slightly off balance which they don't like. Not the cheapest harness on the market but strong and well made and in my opinion (after many tried and failed alternatives) is good value. My dog is a lot stronger than me but I no longer fear being pulled over if he suddenly lunges forward.

Fantastic product!
I have a back spaniel that pulls so hard on the lead he dragged my daughter into the sea (she was fine). We have tried everything as walking him was no pleasure. A friend (also with a crazy spaniel) recommended this. It is absolutely amazing. I feel I should have two in case I lose one. It is that essential for us now. Fabulous product. Dog is happy. No idea how this works, it just does. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Reduces pulling and easy to fit.
Arrived promptly. Lots of adjustment possibilities to get a good fit. I previously used a Halti harness which is front ranging and is better at preventing my Boxer from pulling. This does not have the clip that attaches the chestpiece to the collar like the Halti harness has but I have found that by adjusting the harness as directed in the instructions the chestpiece does not fall down. I am pleased with this product. I bought the rainbow webbing harness so my dog looks very gay- particularly now he has a matching collar!
