Great little form factor pc. Works just great for what I need. Very clean inside and out. also came with a converter cable for monitor.

Got this for an elderly friend who's window 10 machine needed replacing with windows 11. Much faster and working perfectly for her needs, Was a bit concerned at 1st as the fan needed reseating after transit but not an issue that would detract with the value from this refurbed machine. Perfect for what we need and at a great bang for the buck.

I bought this refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 to replace an old laptop I was using that could not be upgraded to Windows 11. The PC itself is great! It has a small footprint and is lightning fast for what I need it for (mainly web browsing, music editing and office applications). However, some of the peripherals that came with it were not so great. So far, I have had to replace the Wifi adapter and the Display Port to HDMI adapter. I do applaud Amazon for standing by their product and crediting me back enough money that I could purchase the replacement parts at no additional cost to me.

This little computer runs pretty well. Doesn't seem to have any real lag. The little fan in it is slightly noticeable but not a problem. Windows 11 will set up a one drive account weather you like it or not. Not a fan of this but that's not a problem with the computer but the operating system. Not much choice because Windows 10 loses update support on October 14 2025. Overall a decent price for this unit. And yes I'm keeping it.

Wouldn't recommend. Mini PC started failing shortly after buying it with critical hardware failure relating to CPU over heating and the machine would just shut down. Will return the product.

It works well. This is a very decent price for a mini desktop. The issue is, after about 24-48 hours of running, it overheated and kept crashing. So that requires you to be proactive (which you should already do with anything refurbished TBH), and just re-apply thermal paste to the machine. Slight annoyance, but other than that, it seems to work fine. Giving it 3 stars, because it technically didn't work completely out of the box because I have to go out of my way to apply thermal paste. But other than that, decent mini desktop. Get thermal paste, and install libraries to remotely monitor the heat of you system.

My knees are recovering from hitting the housing that was under the desk on my old standalone. I'm a home user who doesn't really take advantage of all the capabilities it offers, but it's on-line reviews were exceptional. I love the small size and it sits nicely beside my computer or behind it. This little giant does everything I need it to do, extremely fast, it multitasks well, loads applications quickly, and has enough ports.

The machine was clean and in good condition. The DisplayPort to HDMI cable, mouse, keyboard a small external wifi adapter was included (The PC I received already contained a wifi card installed inside, so that extra USB wifi adapter was an unexpected bonus). Came with a beefy 120W power supply too. I decided to upgrade the the included 256 GB SSD to a 1 TB SSD, and did a fresh Windows 11 installation, it's working without issues. Pretty happy with this purchase.

El equipo parece venir bien, aunque tenia polvo dentro. Ninguno de los adaptadores que indicaban en la descripcion venia incluido en el paquete. Tampoco tiene el caddy para discos sata de 2.5, si su intencion es instalarle uno hay que buscarlo por separado (Parte HP 3TK91AA) Dias despues usandolo con cargas de trabajo bajas he visto que muchas veces se dispara el ventilador al maximo sin motivo alguno, hay algo raro

Was a little nervous buying a used PC but honestly couldn't be happier. Arrived in great shape, no scratches or anything. Plugged it in and everything just worked. Runs fast, quiet, and takes up almost no space on the desk. For the price this thing is a steal. Would buy again.

Great little PC and good value for money. It has been nicely reconditioned with not even a scratch on it. We are an all Mac household, but every once in a while you run into a We are an all Mac household but every once in a while, you run into an application that only runs on a Windows PC and so this is a great low-cost solution. While it’s advertised as having Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, this is not equipped internally. Rather, two very cheaply made dongles are supplied that will use up two of the USB ports. The Wi-Fi dongle was so cheap that it ended up being unuseable and kept dropping my Wi-Fi. I had to buy a separate TP link Wi-Fi dongle on Amazon for around $25 instead. If you’re handy, you can buy the Intel WLAN card for around 30 bucks. Also on Amazon, assuming yours has the antenna already installed like mine. They don’t all come this way.

It's useless without the HDMI aodapter, so how can I even check it? So, my second review is, because it didn't come with the adapter, I had to test it away from the modem, using the provided USB Wi-Fi dongle... And the performance was a bunch of cheap garbage which could not hold a connection, causing me to set up a hotspot with my phone right next to it. In fact, the Wi-Fi dongle provided is worth about 1.83. If you're buying refurbished things, you should at least expect marginal functionality... Consider this, the Wi-Fi dongle that was included came with a mini CD driver, even though the mini tower does not support that ... And, the website of the manufacturer of that Wi-Fi dongle, is no longer in business. So, on the record, so far, the seller is laughable And, it gets better, having gone through a garbage aged Wi-Fi dongle that couldn't find my home network until I went through the startup process using a hotspot... And waiting for the HDMI to display port adapter I had to order myself because I didn't want to wait to arrive.. Things worked swimmingly, until today when I realized that the only thing I'm saying is (get ready for a laugh) HP "Sure start", which then hangs on a black screen... I know enough about computers and anything else that if you have this many problems at the beginning, send it back, and call out the seller for selling junk.
