DuraCeramic Dreamscape 15.63" x 15.63" Vinyl Tile in Slate Greige

I had a different style of the same product not listed here and after only 3 months I noticed the surface wear off on the peaks of textured surface due to my wooden chair feet, it seems to wear off the thin shiny surface first which causes a dull spot that grows bigger as it wears I also noticed scratches around where I feed my dog. There are to many issues and special care to be used in high traffic and kitchen areas (no steam mop, brush roller vacuum, furniture must have felt pads, heavy items like frig wheels will dent). I tried several times to call the company but got no answer, I read many others online with same issues claim they dont stand behind warranty and its only good for factory defects. I had a cheap pergo floating floor before this one for four years in the kitchen and never had any special care, if fact when I pulled it up I reused some in my bedroom hall. If I see wear in one area with a new floor in only 3 months what will it look like in 3 years?

Best floor I ever had Easy to clean And wears like Iron. Had it installed in my entrance that gets a lot of traffic, all the dirt and mud from the dogs ,it cleans up so easy ,even with the gout detail.

I have had this in my kitchen, dinning, hall and laundry for 10 years. I was one of the first to get this floor. I was told that it has a lifetime warranty. For 6 months I have been getting the run around from my retailer and consumer affairs. I see why they do not make this tile anymore. It is very expensive. It looks good but does not wear well. In the high traffic areas it wears down to the white of the tile. The tile has a paper thin finish on top that comes off where you have bar stools or other furniture. Break a tile in half and you will see how thin the top is. If you plan on replacing your floor in 10 years, this is a great floor.
