I was ready to return this until I discovered it’s my oven built in air frier that sucks and NOT this basket and tray. When it came, it was actually advertised as a crisping tray and basket and I believe it’s better suited for that. Built in air driers just don’t work as well as countertop ones! I used it today to bake sweet potatoes fries (regular bake) and got excellent results. I’ll be keeping it for fries, frozen Small pizzas and baking wings or anything I’d like crispy since my oven doesn’t have a crisping mode, but I find this probably just as effective.

This pan is great and I would love to tell you that it remained non-stick forever. It didn’t. But, despite that it is still a pretty darn good frying pan. The first thing to notice is the look of it — it stands out from the crowd. It truly doesn’t look like everything else which is kind of nice. The non-stick feature lasted just under 2 dozen uses I would say. Then we started getting stuff sticking to the bottom. No worries, a couple of sprays of Pam and we are back to like nothing changed. What I do really think that this pan exceeds at is heat dispersion. Everything in this pan seems to cook at about the same rate no matter where the placement. The bottom of the pan has a unique design, which may be a design feature that aids in this. The other major advantage of this pan is cleaning. I have used this pan probably 200+ and other a few scratches this thing cleans up perfectly. No stains, burn marks or discoloration. It may as well be new to anyone outside of my family who sees it for the first time. The construction also seems to be sound. Very sturdy. Feels like the some of the much more expensive Caphalon we have. I am not usually one to try let alone endorse TV infomercial products, but this pan is the real deal.

Cons: Warping: After about a month of use, I noticed a slight warp in the cookware. This is particularly disappointing, especially since I’ve only used it at temperatures up to 400°F. The warping affects its usability and even cooking. Color and Coating: The cookware has started to lose its copper-like color and coating. This deterioration is noticeable and affects the overall appearance and possibly the non-stick properties of the item. Handle Design: The handle, while functional, feels quite narrow and less comfortable to grip, especially when dealing with heavier dishes. Conclusion: While the Pan showed promise initially, its performance has declined over a relatively short period. The warping and coating loss are significant drawbacks, and the handle design could be improved for better comfort. If you’re looking for cookware that can withstand frequent oven use and maintain its appearance, you might want to consider other options. However, if you can overlook these issues, it might still serve you well for less demanding tasks. Recommendation: I would recommend this product with caution. If you decide to purchase it, be mindful of the potential issues with warping and coating. For long-term durability and comfort, exploring other cookware options might be worthwhile.

The best pans I’ve ever had. Everything slides off without even using butter or oil. My video is a little funny but I sent it to a friend who was waiting on delivery for hers, lol.

Gotham is unbeatable. Mine have lasted so long, that now I gift these pans knowing the quality and ease of clean up.

I love using these baskets. They really do a good job at crisping the things that I need to look like it had been fried. And it taste like it too.

I bought a Gotham frypan and loved it the first two times I used in, then scratches appeared which I knew wasn’t from me as I only use silicone utensils. Upon closer examination I found more scratch marks underneath the non-stick surface. I returned it and bought a new one. Same thing happened! Hundreds of scratches on it now and it’s no longer non-stick! Very disappointing Gotham!!
