The instructions were vague about the second filter - not sure why it's there - it just seems to float around and get in the way. Otherwise, it does what it says it will do, I guess, can't really tell if H20 is ionized or not so I'll have to take their word.

I do have one with Body Balance inscription on the bottle. I'm using it to filter tap water. The taste is excellent and now just learned that is a Ionizer. So at list you have to write on the filter the time and when to change. will be a down to earth explanation necessary because not everybody is a scientist or they start thinking of lithium ion batteries. So all my review may make sense to you.
