Don't start reading this at bed time
Seriously. You won't be able to sleep. In fact, you won't want to sleep because your imagination will run wild with every strange noise you hear after you turn the lights out. Thirteen stories by some top-shelf writers (no well brands here!) will dry out your mouth and quicken your pulse. Some of them are straight up frightening, while others will make you wonder what the heck is wrong with the author. Read this one slowly, savor the moment, and let yourself be afraid.

The perfect horror story collection.
Picked this up on Friday the 13th to read some horror with Halloween coming up. This book was a great grab. 13 stories by 13 authors. Each story is unique and creepy. I have read all of the authors in different books over the years. The writing was great. It you enjoy horror in its many varieties you will love this book.

Stories that deserve a TV series
If you ever watched The Twilight Zone or Night Gallery you will know what I mean when I say that these stories deserve to be made into a TV series. They are quality, intelligent, edge-of-your-seat horror that isn't boring slasher dreck.
