A deeper persepctive
This book aims to take full advantage of the expertise of Catholic priests and theologians in to get a deeper perspective of other religions, the values we share, and ways we can challenge ourselves to grow in our faith in a multicultural society. It is exciting to find a book that refreshingly embraces the divine in other faiths, as St. John Paul II and Pope Francis have consistently done.

Wanting it both ways.
Very disappointing! Having grown up in a thoroughly Catholic country, I can vouch for the fact that this is a sanctimonious, insincere attempt atpersuading others that suddenly the Catholic church has abandoned its advocacy of dogma - articles of faith not to be questioned - and the infallibility of the Pope. This book wants it both ways - reassuring Catholics that the tenets of the church are immutable, and at the same time trying to persuade adherents of other religions that actually, there is not so much difference between Catholics and other religions. Wanting to have it both ways is, IMO, the hallmark of hypocrisy - so I can only repeat: very disappointing!
