Difficult to place phone on charger outlet!
This is not a 1 handed job. To charge your phone, you have to hold the dock and hold phone tightly and push phone down on the dock firmly. And to remove phone from dock you also have to use both hands.

You have to remove the case each time!!!
The thought behind this product is lacking. If you don't mind having to remove your case each time you charge your phone then this is the product for you. Phones with even the thinnest case won't fit on this dock. I have tried it with both a Note 5 and a Note 8 with the thinnest possible single layer TPU/silicone case and you can't even dock it unless you remove the case. WHO wants to have to do that every time the phone needs to be charged?!?!

Prefect fit and easy to working
What I am looking after long time such kind of USB type C dock, I have a old one but it is not working properly and not fit to my mobile , it lacks something and not showing to my laptop.But this dock is prefectly to my mobile and easy for testing application.

Simple USB-C cradle, no fast charge, though
Good cradle angle, though my wife has occasional issues getting her original Google Pixel (with a minimal case) to seat correctly on the cradle's connector. Also, it is NOT a fast charge cable, so something to consider before choosing.

Charger does not accept protective case on phone.
These are very good chargers. The reason for the 4 star review is that the charger does not accommodate the protective case on the phone. You have to remove the case in order for the phone to sit in the charger which can be annoying every time you want to charge your phone. Other than that, as I have said, these chargers do a great job of charging your phone.

Does the job
It works great. My phone charges very quickly. Although it charges fast, It's not as sturdy as Samsung wireless charger. But, it's a whole lot cheaper.
