Loyal Astro Supporter For Years. They lost Me On This Headset.
I have purchased Astro headsets for about 10 years now. I have owned multiple A10’s but always purchased them from big brand name stores. I upgraded to an A30 and don’t really have any complaints about that headset. Because before this I have loved Astro for the quality and reliability. If I was getting an Astro headset I knew it was gonna be good (or so I thought). I got this headset as a backup for when my A30 is charging. When I received this headset it was just in a clear plastic bag, which had already raised my suspicion because I have many Astro headsets and none of them have arrived without an official Astro box. I went and actually double checked my amazon and I did indeed buy this brand new. I plugged it in and only the right headphone was working. I know the cord can be a little hard to get in but it was definitely all the way plugged in, I could hear it click. I’m Just really disappointed in the direction Astro has gone with quality. The headset not only doesn’t work but feels so much cheaper than my A10 from 6 years ago.

I got it and the cord was snapped in half so I just bought a new one for 9 dollars and it works great

Great headphones
I was a bit weary from reading reviews and people saying they had issues, these headphones are great, I got this pair to replace my old ones that my daughter broke, and they work exactly the same. Why it didn’t come in its original box is beyond me but who cares, these are a steal for 30 dollars!

Good until left speaker stoped working.
They were really nice head-phone's until the left speaker randomly stop working or at least went very quiet. There was nothing I could do to fix it sadly, but for the 3-4 months they were working they were pretty nice.

Bought for my nephew for Christmas came really fast and I tested it to make sure it worked it works fantastic with PlayStation 5. Thank you
